Full Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival

We will be excitedly waiting to pick you up from Kilimanjaro International Airport /Arusha in a private vehicle with AC and transfer you to your hotel in Arusha town.

Dinner and overnight: At the hotel.

Day 2 & 3: Arusha - Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, we will take a scenic drive to Tarangire National Park, enjoying a full day game drive with a picnic lunch. The park consists of Acacia woodlands, 1000 year old Baobab trees, and a huge swamp. A magnet for wild animals.

Tarangire is ‘elephant heaven’ – reputed to contain some of the largest elephant herds in Africa.

Dinner and overnight: At Lodge / Camp.

Day 4: Manyara National Park

After breakfast we will head to Lake Manyara National Park, home to 1.9 million flamingos. Enjoy a game drive and a picnic lunch, nestled under a baobab tree. If you are lucky, you may even see the famous tree-climbing lions.

Day 5 & 6: Seronera Conservation

Early morning rise as we drive towards the Serengeti National Park, leaving the cool highlands behind us. This is where we descend into the heart of wild Africa – the Serengeti – with its endless plains, rolling into the distance as far as the eye can see.

Dinner and overnight: At Camp/Lodge

Day 7: Serengeti

After a hearty breakfast, we’ll set off on a full day game drive in the Seronera area of the Serengeti. The incredible wildebeest migration is seen here between April & May.

Explore the range of different habitats; swamps, woodland, soda lakes and the world-famous Serengeti short grass plains. Witness enormous herds of wildebeest and zebra.

Be one of the few fortunate people to glide in a hot air balloon over the Serengeti Plains (available at a supplementary cost by arrangement). Floating silently above the awakening bush, while spotting wildlife and enjoying the amazing scenery of Africa.

Dinner and overnight: At Camp/Lodge

Day 8: Western Serengeti

Enjoy a full days’ game drive (with picnic lunch) in the Western Corridor. Here, the Grumeti and Mbalageti rivers, run almost parallel to each other, each supporting a band of evergreen forest. Excellent game with outstanding birdlife.

We can also discover large pods of hippo’s and gigantic crocodiles in the Grumeti River. 

Dinner and overnight: At Camp/Lodge

Day 9: Western Serengeti – Arusha

After enjoying a relaxed morning, we will drive back to Arusha via the Ngorongoro conservation.

Here we have an opportunity to visit an authentic Massai boma, eating a local lunch, dancing and getting to understand the incredible Massai culture..

Once back in Arusha, we will take  you to your hotel and here ends our safari… but not our connection. You will want to come back and explore more… We are here for you!
